We met in late 2017 when I got a job at Sonic. Kace was the cook and I was the carhop! We started off as friends, and as time went on... well... you know the rest :)

On May 17th, 2023 (aka- my birthday) Kace took me to Disneyland. I had just had our son, Kolton, 10 months earlier, and we had our first solo trip the 2 of us since he had been born. We had a blast eating, drinking, and riding all the rides we could! Kace insisted that we eat at the Blue Bayou (the restaurant inside of Pirates). He had been squirmy most of the day I was sure he was going to propose in the restaurant, but instead we enjoyed an incredible meal together. After dinner, we walked to this private water fountain, right next to the Haunted Mansion. It was quiet and no one was around. We stood there together and admired the view of the Haunted Mansion at night. That's when Kace got down on one knee and popped the question! He had the ring in his pocket the whole day! We went on SO MANY rides, it's a miracle that thing didn't fall out!
